Fashion guru when it comes to shoes, Charlotte Olympia, has teamed up with the British lingerie brand Agent Provocateur, in order to present a new capsule collection...
Both of these brands are known for their interesting approaches to retro modern style, so it is not surprising that this collection is created precisely in this spirit. Inspired by the glory days of old Hollywood, its glamour and splendor, the new collection includes three sets of underwear, which are combined with three styles of shoes, whereby each piece highlights leitmotifs both brands - lips, cats and spider web.
This cooperation was not unexpected, as the founder of the brand Charlotte Olympia, Charlotte Dellal, is a longtime fan and collector of Agent Provocateur brand pieces, and also it has a lot of experience in the design of underwear, which she studied before she dealt with the creation of footwear. Also, the creative director of the Agent Provocateur brand, Sarah Shotton, used Charlotte's shoes for numerous campaigns of the brand.
"I love the playfulness and seductive appeal by Agent Provocateur brand because it had accompanied our shared vision of femininity," said Dellal. "It was a great pleasure to cooperate with them, designing my first collection of underwear, because they, like me, wanted to create a beautiful and timeless collection, which has refined design elements of both brands. When we talk about shoes, it was very important that they can be worn outside the bedroom, "she added.
Charlotte Olympia x Agent Provocateur collection is available for purchase from January 18th, only in Charlotte Olympia and Agent Provocateur boutiques.
