The importance of chairs is reflected in the fact that the variety of chairs is greater than for any other single household object.
InsidherLand fall/winter special editions
As the cold days arrive, so does the wish to create a warmer environment in our homes.
Together with the warmth of the fireplace and the cozy blanket laying around the sofa, the season also asks for a new decoration. Autumnal mirrors, fur seats and gilded side tables feature among InsidherLand’s suggestions to decorate the home for the cold season and to fight the greyish cold weather.
To celebrate the arrival of the greyish days, I designed a versatile new edition of the Tree Branches bench that will certainly be a surprising item in the entrance of a home or can be chosen to cheer the private space of a bedroom.
The Tree Branches long bench is entirely handcrafted in brass with a hammered technique similar to the irregular details of real branches. The top in Mongolian Lamb fur completes this creation by evoking thewild side of nature. Thought to be unique but versatile, this bench fits either modern or rustic interiors and it is also available in brushed brass, copper or steel finish.
With a strong presence, the golden Na Pali sofa portrays in detail the mystique of the dramatic backdrop of Na Pali coast’s striated walls and sharp ridges. The image of this fortress coast is captured by wooden sides extending as cliffs from the bottom to the top and the front feet get the shape of the numerous sculpted needles across the landscape.
The original design of the Three Rocks tables was inspired by the Autumnal landscape, natural details and peculiar shape of various rocks. In this version, the robust volume is finished in gold leaf, which gives it a luxurious look to complement the irregular design.
The Fallen Leaves mirrors recreate the natural shapes of the aged broken tips of real leaves. Entirely hand sculpted in wood, the gradients in warm gold and copper leaf finish of these decorative mirrors create a serene atmosphere in any living room or bedroom of nature lovers.
