International bathroom exhibition – bathroom as a focal point of one home...
The bathroom exhibition which is held every other year, as a global benchmark, was a part of the International Furniture Fair in Milano, I Saloni, where some very interesting innovations for the year 2014 were presented. The bathroom exhibition became a constant part of Milan Fair in 2003, as a constantly developing and dynamic event, which is more and more prestigious every year.
The international bathroom exhibition reflects the transformation of bathrooms which these elements have gone through the past few years. In stead of traditional and exclusively functional spaces, bathrooms have now become mini spa centers, oasis for body care, enjoyment and relaxation.
As a central part of one home, with their very important role, bathrooms are now very inviting environments, equipped with the most modern amenities. Those are the places where high technology and excellence come together, with warm colors and natural materials.
Compared with the 2006 edition, when 136 exhibitors were settled in a space spanning across 9.000 square meters, this year, 174 exhibitors have shown their new and innovative designs in a space of over 17.900 square meters.
The best Italian and foreign products were shown in this particular space. Exclusive selections of the latest products were shown in two separate pavilions: one contained furniture and accessories, while the other contained showers, saunas, sanitation, radiators, faucets, bath tubs and hydro massage bath tubs. Architects, designers and prospective buyers, managers, press and visitors have come across an interesting assortment of innovative and sophisticated products and designer solutions.
