It is an eco-bed, made with natural, untreated materials. Functional and modern, it allows air to circulate, thereby ensuring the best temperature and humidity levels for a good night’s sleep. The plywood bedhead, made of poplar sourced exclusively from the Po valley is light and flexible. The natural glue is made from Soya albumin, which removes the risk of releasing formaldehyde into the air. The bedhead is coated in light and dark elm veneer or in the natural “Fineline” finish. Emission-free water-based varnishes make easy to clean and maintain the bed. The cushions, with removable covers, can be arranged at will in the horizontal cuts of the bedhead, for different void and solid compositions. The inner filling of the cushions and of the surrounds of the bed are environmentally friendly: natural fibres, such as cotton, blended with innovative materials such as Ingeo a fully “biocompatibile” insulating product extracted from maize and sugar cane. The multilayered surrounds, with natural fiber padding, produced in two different heights, can house all the fixed or movable bed frames and mattresses produced today. The solid wooden legs are placed at an ideal height to allow the air to circulate between the mattress and the floor and to facilitate cleaning.
