Just like the fashion or tech industries, interior design follows trends that people become fixated on until they’ve immersed themselves in the latest craze.
Beluga, the Rastelli kitchen designed by Ferruccio Laviani
Beluga kitchen is born from the encounter between the designer Ferruccio Laviani and Rastelli, brand conceived with the aim of exporting Made in Italy all over the world.
If Laviani’s language is able to mix contemporary and details of the past, Beluga could only come out as an expression of design at art’s boundaries, entering Rastelli’s view as a simple and elegant composition: a kitchen where any element is inspired by an essential geometry, able to recover the real value of materials, colour, decorations inside an harmonious game of full and empty, lights and shadows.
The rigorous and important volumes of the kitchen modules give strength to the possible combinations between elements and at the same time they are lightened by the use of panels and pierced metal shelves.
The doors with coplanar sliding system reduce spaces and allow an easier access to the content of the units, making movements more comfortable.
The possibility of mixing materials and finishes gives a wider choice of customization, for a real sensory journey, involving, through materials, woods, lacquered, all five senses.
A unique living proposal, hitting you through its solid geometry and the visual rhythm, the freedom of creating and living a bright space between the wide surfaces and the essential volumes.
A design experience with a special taste: Made in Italy.
