Apparently, she has her eye on the penthouse in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, and the search went without Jay Z, which only further confirmed rumors that circulate about their divorce. Some sources say that she wanted to buy an apartment for her mother or sister, but all the signs are telling us that she is looking for the perfect new home for herself and little Blue Ivy.
Penthouse that she saw has a surface area of about 500 m2 and is located on the top floor of a building which has a fantastic location and a unique plan space. Completely renovated from head to toe, this large, light bathed duplex penthouse is designed so that distracts all attention with the phenomenal view that stretches through the windows. Although it has a massive terrace, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a library and a spacious closet, apparently, this apartment is half the size compared to the one in Tribeca, where Beyonce and Jay Z lived together.
However, this is all just speculation as yet no spokesman did not give an official statement what is going on in the marriage and life of this popular pop diva.
