480 square meters apartment located in Campo Belo, Sao Paolo, Brazil, is a completely transformed apartment and if it wasn’t for the architect Maurice Karam and his interventions brought to this place, it wouldn’t have looked so elegant and comfortable.
One of the first interventions was the redesign of social areas, getting rid of the delimitation walls, letting the natural light in, while offering fantastic views over the urban landscape from different angles. The second intervention was to replace all the old finishing materials with others, new, modern and very qualitative.
The master bedroom has also been changed, suffering a well appreciated extension, having a new closet and a more comfortable and romantic bathroom for two. Decorations and furnishings are classic pieces by Patricia Urquiola and Philippe Starck, completing the elegant and sophisticated design that the architect in charge of this dream apartment had in mind.
