Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos, who heads the production company, purchased this penthouse in 2005 at a cost of 9.5 million dollars, and spent two years in the process of extensive renovations. They have put this penthaus for sale in January at a price of 24.5 million dollars, and sold it after it spent nine months on the market.
