WOLF OF THE WALL STREET PENTHOUSE

Now you can live like Jordan Belfort, Leonardo DiCaprio’s character in the film “The Wolf Of Wall Street.”

The Midtown Manhattan penthouse used as a backdrop in Martin Scorsese’s critically-acclaimed movie is on the market. With a stunning New York city skyline and East River views, the Penthouse B at the Milan Condominium at 300 East 55th Street is for sale with the asking price of only $6.495 million.

The sunny penthouse is the location of the shocking scene in ‘Wolf’ where Belfort’s gang rough up the butler, dangled him over the balcony and threaten to drop him. Based on a true story, Belfort was convicted of embezzling $100m in the 1990s. The next owner may have to commit securities fraud like Belfort in order to afford the three-bedroom penthouse.

The lobby of The Milan has also been previously filmed on Gossip Girl, The Good Wife and Curb your Enthusiasm.
