GORGEOUS LONDON TOWNHOUSE

London-based property developer, G&T London, has unveiled the Myddelton Square project. Completed in 2013, the project included the restoration of two dilapidated Georgian townhouses on historic Myddelton Square in Islington, London.

Founded in 2011, G&T London is a husband and wife duo, luxury property development company focusing on the restoration and conversion of historic properties in London’s most exclusive districts.

The firm’s signature style is both innovative, timeless and encompassing international luxury design trends. And now they have spruced up two Grade II listed building in the heart of one of Islington’s most delightful garden squares.

Originally built in 1836, numbers 58 and 59 occupy a prime position on the northwest corner of the square overlooking beautiful St Mark’s Church. They were among the last properties to be built on the historic square named after engineer Hugh Myddelton, who was responsible for building the New River which brought fresh drinking water to London in the 17th-century.

The luxury London property boasts bespoke furniture and materials sourced from across the globe, the couple also commissioned exclusive artwork for the property. Numerous original features have been retained and painstakingly restored buy a team of master craftsman, including Carrara marble fireplaces and original Swag & Drop Frieze.
