It is the Casa Benicassim villa. Work on the project was completed in 2014, and this modern home is located in Beniccasim on the Costa del Azahar in Spain. It has an area of 300 m2 and takes up space on the sunny coast of Valencia. It was renovated so it has a very comfortable look and atmosphere, in loft style, which has become extremely popular in this Spanish city.
As the designers themselves say, this renovated estate proves to us that opposites do not always attract. Spacious room does not always require filled space, nor does every room, regardless of its proportions well accept a glossy look, easy access and fluidity.
Functional and versatile furniture, a mixture of styles and details are what one interior and design need to create a timeless, universal and balanced atmosphere.
