During 2012, this legendary comedian wanted to sell this estate, called Villa Sorriso for 35 million dollars, but he had no offers. Now, he’s putting it up for sale once more, for the price of 29.9 million dollars. The estate has over 653 acres of land, while the main building is made from Portuguese limestone and has a large amount of space. It surface is 2.000 square meters and it boasts five bedrooms and twelve bathrooms.
His luxury villa has a two storey entrance, with a rotunda and bell, billiards room, library, home theater with 12 places, family room and safe room, as well as acclimatized space for keeping arts and wines. This villa also has an elevator, so its occupants could get around it easily.
When we’re talking about open amenities, there is a large pool and a magnificent lake which can be used for fishing. Aside from all of that, there are 18 acres of olive groves and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are filled with hike and horse riding trails.
