Our attention is pointed to him because of his intention to sell two villas that he owns, which are definitely very luxurious. Things went downhill for the actor, since he admitted that he was HIV positive, and the fact that he paid millions of dollars to keep it a secret.
As we found out, he plans to reduce its portfolio of properties and to retain only one of his villa, which he bought in April 2006, at a cost of 7.2 million dollars. Apparently, he wants to make some money by selling the villa in the Spanish style, which was bought for 4.8 million dollars in 2012, as well as Mediterranean villa with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, which was renovated recently. It now contains a rounded staircase, formal living room and dining room, study room, library and a gourmet kitchen. In its upper level, this villa comprises ingeniously decorated master suite with fireplace and French doors that open up to the city lights and mountain. The company was bought in March 2011 at a cost of seven million dollars.
