They intend to open a new luxury resort in the heart of California wine country, or Napa Valley. Their new resort is to open in early 2018 and will have 85 guest rooms and 20 private villas Residence.
It is located in the small town of Calistoga, which is filled with mountains, valleys and vineyards, and where are the best spa centers in this part of the country. Within the resort will be a wine bar, as well as the entire handcrafted vineyard, which will offer the best possible experience for guests and owners. Limited wine collection will be produced as part of the resort, and overseen by renowned winemaker Tomas Brown.
Located in the northern part of Napa, this project will have one- and two-story residences, where each will have multiple master suites, wine cellar, indoor and outdoor spaces for dining and entertainment and social gatherings.
The owners of these residences will have the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities this resort has to offer, such as the unique food, drink, multiple pools and a modern fitness center and spa center of world-class. Combining interior and exterior, this resort will offer innovative spaces for the organization of any event, as well as 12 open and closed conference rooms.
