This brand new restaurant in London covers an area of 1114 square meters, and is the result of cooperation between the veterans and the restaurant interior designer, Rene Dekker.
Martin Williams had a vision to create a restaurant that would appeal to a wide range of gastronomy lovers and offer the best cuts of meat, as well as the finest "raw" cuisine.
Along with that, the interiors are sleek and sophisticated ambience in which people feel intimate. The ground floor space is divided into two main zones with bronze screens. They are decorated with subtle in mind, where the M logo is present. The scheme is a fusion of many elements, above all, strong fabric for the banquet are mixed with subtle tweed wool contained in chocolate brown armchairs, which creates a luxurious, yet simple ambiance.
Rene Decker added the exciting elements leaving undecorated surfaces, such as artificial eel’s skin on the walls of paper. The client wanted a scheme that is unique and exciting, and this is evident in the choice of art as seen on one of the many Miles Adridge photos that adorn the restaurant.
It is necessary to ensure a space with an intimate atmosphere, so the team created a niche for sitting and brought decorative lights above the tables.
