Chef Iannotti was born in 1982, and fell in love with the cuisine when he was just six years old. He defined his art of preparing meals as research, inspiration, imagination and spontaneity. He has since 2007 worked in many famous restaurants, and among the many accolades and awards he received, one particularly stands out - Giovanni dell'anno prize awarded by L'Espresso as well as Premio vent'anni, given to him by San Pellegrino.
