You’ve probably heard the name, Noma, blending the words Nordic and mad (food). But managing to eat there is another matter entirely!

René Redzepi is now one of Denmark's most famous people. He is the ultimate superchef, juggling the demands of running one of the world's best restaurants with TV and print appearances, book writing and ground-breaking New Nordic food exploration. In 2012, Time Magazine named René Redzepi as one of the World's 100 Most Influential People, not just for putting Denmark on the world's gastronomic map, but also because his passion for promoting food innovation is influencing a whole new generation of chefs around the world.

Getting a table at the World’s Best Restaurant 2014, as voted by renowned Restaurant Magazine, is not so easy.
