This universal and innovative restaurant designed by prestigious studio „Arquitectura Touza Asociados“ was opened in 2007. Main designer was Philippe Stark and baroque and theater interior he made, creates universe of luxury and sophistication that gives new, trans- aggressive identity with innovative menus.
„Ramzes“ is divided in three different areas on three different levels. On one side is cocktail bar with impressive offer where you can enjoy in various specialties like sushi, oysters, champagne, and cocktails. From there you can access „Petite“, least formal part of „Ramzes“ with Mediterranean cuisine and Castizo elements. On upper floor is „Bistro“, high class international restaurant with baroque design and traditional cuisine.
You can eat in four different dining areas (Dior, Privée, Black and La Jaime) or in fifth one where you can see how your food is being prepared.
