Belstaff and David Beckham are perfect for each other, at least for this season.
Fashion icon and former football star who also fronted Belstaff’s 2014 international ad campaign has designed a capsule collection for the brand named “Beckham for Belstaff”. The ten piece moto lifestyle collection features leather jackets, boots, bags, helmets, t-shirts and jeans. In addition to Beckham’s personal style, collection also borrowed design ideas from 60’s and 70’s made famous by the King of Cool, Steve McQueen.
“Deciding to work with Belstaff was the easiest decision to make, as I already have a few vintage Belstaff classic jackets in my wardrobe. That, coupled with the fact I’m a biker, made it a perfect fit. My motto capsule collection is a reflection of what I wear day to day when I’m biking or relaxing. I buy a lot of vintage pieces and my collection reflects that feel. It all fits together and I wear every item in it,” Beckham said.
