Zaha Hadid's first residential project

New York will get new residential miracle that will further decorate the concrete jungle...

The project is signed by Zaha Hadid who decided to design a glass building of 11 floors. Although this will not be a skyscraper that will cut the clouds, as do most of the buildings in New York City, this architectural project will give a new touch the Big Apple.

The steel-and-glass building will be a blend of modern design and technology and will introduce New York in the future architecture. The building has flowing lines that stand out from the rest of the buildings in New York. It tries to blend in with nature and to restore life and energy into the gray and concrete walls that are located in this city.

The building will contain 39 luxury apartments, each with 3.3-meter high ceilings, private entrances and the area of 590 m2. The interior of the apartments will also include unique and artistic sculptures that are also the work of Zaha Hadid.

The building will be located in West 28th Street, next to the popular High Line Park. The residents of this building will be able to enjoy the natural charms of the High Line Park, while having the comfort and luxuries that this building has to offer. A perfect blend of nature and technology will be available just in this residential complex.

It is planned that the building is completed in early 2017, and the prices will vary. Potential tenants will have to pay 4.95 million for a two bedroom apartment, while penthouse apartments will be available at a cost of 50 million.
