Madrid based architect, Daniel Martin Ferrero, chief executive of Martin Ferrero Architecture studio, has recently revealed his latest project – Xalima Island villa.
With the amazing remote location, this villa proudly stands on a mountain side, high above the sea. Aside from its isolation, which some like and some hate, Xalima offers its residents all the luxury amenities they need – or to be more specific, this glass and steel structure is an island of luxury atop an island. Floor to ceiling windows give the opportunity of enjoying amazing ocean views, without worrying about privacy, since there’s no one else there.
This villa is actually still just conceptual art, but it will soon become reality, we’re more than sure of that. As the architect himself says, Xalima is a villa which is designed as a song of this horizon, framed with the sea. But enough words, enjoy our gallery…
