Neck specialist, Thijs van der Hilst, created this pillow using 3D skin technology to find the perfect precision shape and then create it from a non-toxic Dutch memory foam. Each pillow is covered with hand-sewn Mulberry silk, Egyptian cotton and 24-carat gold. Its’ zipper is decorated with four diamonds and a huge sapphire that weighs 22.5 gallons.
