A highlight of New York Fashion Week, Oscar de la Renta’sspring 2014 showing embraced ladylike elegance with a procession of embellished garments. Whether wearing daytime dresses embroidered with floral patterns or an evening gown displaying impressive thread work; the glamour of the de la Rentawoman is evident. The finale emphasized the romanticism of the new season as models Karlie Kloss and Joan Smalls closed the show. One wearing a tiered ivory column dress, and the other modeling a citron-yellow silk and tulle gown with black embroidery.
