Jaumur, a community for 6,000 ultra-wealthy residents, will offer a marina for superyachts, luxury accommodations, a deep-sea research center, and even a boarding school. The Aqaba Gulf in Saudi Arabia is becoming increasingly dense over time as Prince MBS's $1.5 trillion Neom City continually sprouts new projects almost on a monthly basis. The latest addition, like the discreet private membership club Xaynor, the wellness retreat Elanan, and the Blade Runner-style golf resort Gidori, is Jaumur, the largest cosmopolitan luxury community.
Whether by land or sea, Jaumur brings the best of both worlds with an exclusive residential community planned around a marina that will host more than 6,000 residents. It is a destination for superyacht owners and the wealthiest among us, making the ideal topography of the Aqaba Gulf coast a suitable location.
Jaumur will include 500 marina apartments, 700 luxury villas with water access and private docks. The project will also encompass two luxury hotels with 350 rooms and suites, enabling life not just within but also around your superyacht.
