This skyscraper, home to one hundred exclusive residences with sweeping views stretching from Bryant Park to Central Park, represents a contemporary vision of life in the city that never sleeps. For this project, ARAN World created 100 kitchens where aesthetic purity meets exceptional functionality. Minimalist handle-free lines, intelligent space organization, hidden technologies, and gleaming quartz countertops were conceived to deliver an experience where luxury is felt in every detail. Discreet LED lighting enhances the forms, turning the kitchen into a sophisticated space for gathering and enjoyment.
Equal attention was given to the design of 169 bathrooms, envisioned as personal sanctuaries of peace and relaxation. White oak vanities with fluted detailing, brushed marble, and glass shower enclosures combined with warm brass fixtures evoke the atmosphere of a contemporary spa ritual. Each bathroom has been designed not merely as a space but as a sensorial experience.
