Jennifer Aniston just bought Oprah Winfrey's house

Jennifer Aniston has bought Oprah Winfrey's stunning four-bedroom farmhouse on a one-acre lot.

Buying a home in Montecito is no small matter. It's a celebrity haven, and the latest to buy a home here is Jennifer Aniston. According to reports, the "Friends" star recently bought media titan Oprah Winfrey's home in the same area for a whopping $14.8 million.

Originally built in 1998, the "Tuscan farmhouse" as it was previously called, has been renovated several times over the years. It now includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a laundry room. There is also a small guesthouse and a self-contained gym building in a forest setting, spread over a hectare of land. The entire property is complemented by green lawns, landscaped gardens, entertaining terraces, mature oak trees and parking that can easily accommodate fifteen cars.

Oprah bought the house in early 2021 for $10.5 million from Fred Schumann and his wife Stephanie. At that time, the property consisted of one large complex with a Mediterranean-style main house, two small cottages and lush green areas. Later, however, she split the residence into two parts and sold each half to different buyers - one to Bob Green, who is her personal trainer and property manager, and the other to Jennifer Aniston.

During the 10-year broadcast period of the series "Friends", Jennifer Aniston earned about 90 million US dollars and soon after that, she gained even more fame. Aniston has since appeared in more than 40 films and is the richest actress of the entire cast of Friends.

Her main luxury residence is located in Los Angeles on top of a hill in Bel Air which she bought in 2012 for $21 million. In addition, Aniston is known to own a large number of other properties.
