Seeking to set new standards in the world of luxury, Dubai plans to construct a shopping mall where visitors will navigate in their vehicles...

Attendees at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) 2024 gained insight into the future, courtesy of Mohammed Alabbar, founder of Emaar and Noon companies. We can safely say that the visuals presented at the event were magnificent. While the opening of a new shopping mall in Dubai might seem as routine as the sunrise, this mall introduces an incredible innovation: allowing customers to drive through it in their electric cars. This unique structure will be established in Dubai Creek Harbor and will be the first of its kind.

"We're trying something exciting," said Alabbar. "This will be the first time cars can enter a mall, so it will be very unique. We didn't come up with this idea ourselves; we learned it from others," he added. Emaar is also pushing boundaries with a one-kilometer-high tower, which, although smaller than the iconic Burj Khalifa, will be equally magnificent. Plans for the skyscraper have been approved, and construction is set to begin soon.

"We've just approved the tower, and we're starting construction now," mentioned Alabbar. "In terms of elegance, it reminds you of Marilyn Monroe," he added. He shared that the first look will be revealed in the coming months and is already referring to the development as the 'female' version of the Burj Khalifa. Spanning an enormous six million square meters, it is poised to become the 'new downtown'.
