This project is the work of LK Property Group and designed by one of the oldest studios of architecture in the world, Bates Smart. Popular actress was the center of attention in a series of incredible images made by photographer James White, in an advertising campaign for a new luxury project.
LK Property Group new project will be a residential complex with six stars, which will surely attract the attention of the rich and famous Australians and other people. The project consists of two buildings - there is a structure LK Tower with 37 floors and luxury residences, and Capitol Grand structure with six floors and 76 luxury residences on their three highest levels. The construction of these towers will cost about 400 million dollars and it is expected that the project will be completed in late 2017. LK Group already sells these luxury units, and they are asking for very generous deposits of future owners.
The full range of luxury amenities will be available to tenants - this is a private open garden designed by Jack Merlo, a large swimming pool, media room and a private dining room, spa and luxuriously equipped gym. Penthouse residents will have their own private swimming pool with panoramic views of Melbourne and Phillip Bay, Dandenong chain, Toorak and historic Chapel Street.
