Before you think we’re joking with you, let us clarify. The three islands, with a total of 1,800 hectares of land and fifty beaches, cost less than many popular paintings. We'll give you a little time to come to terms with that fact.
Islands Bayonet, Canas and La Qaeda, are known under the name Cayonetas Island, and have not yet been developed or populated. They are home to special types of turtles and birds, which cannot be found on the mainland of Panama, or to any other locations. Pangea World, a foundation that combines business with sustainability and preservation of nature is selling these islands.
With 30 percent of the land available for development projects, the buyer must preserve the nature of the other seventy percent. The new owners are free to build resort or private residence in the 30 percent, and also can join Pangea World organization and its objectives.
Though hundred million dollars is not small money for everyone, some people would certainly fare well if this is purchased.
