This time, they’re present us with something completely different. The all-new Black Dock is a limited edition, and it is actually a metal version of their Dock for iPhone. "Black Dock is the first product that we made, which it does not contain any of the materials for which we are known," said co-founder Ken Tomita. "As craftsmen, we enjoy creating something entirely unexpected, and working with new materials. This is the core philosophy of our brand and the value of our design principles. "The aluminum cover of the Dock is protected by a special matte black finish. This layer is used to create premium blades and makes the products more durable than ever before. Steel or brass base, combined with metal lid weighs over three pounds and gives you the option to turn on or turn off your phone, using just one hand.
Black Dock is designed specifically for iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S + 5C. Only 50 pieces will be made of brass version, 100 silver and 100 with a matte black base.
