Kronos Audio is proud to introduce the Kronos turntable at CES 2012, in Las Vegas.
KRONOS is the world’s first counter rotating, dual-platter, suspended turntable. This breakthrough design provides an unprecedented level of stability in order to extract more musical information from vinyl records. KRONOS sets a new standard and gets audiophiles ever closer to the original musical performance.
A prototype version of KRONOS was demonstrated in april 2011 at the Montreal Son et Image show where it received critical acclaim and rave reviews. Designer Louis Desjardins collaborated with award-winning recording engineer René Laflamme for this presentation.
The finalized production model of the KRONOS will be presented for the first time at CES 2012, in Venetian Suite 35-309, in collaboration with renowned Lamm Industries electronics, Verity Audio speakers and Graham Engineering tonearms. KRONOS designer Louis Desjardins will be available to demonstrate the turntable and answer questions.
