Upgrade your audio arsenal with new Q Acoustic

British company Q Acoustic has announced the launch of the latest addition to its Q Active speaker range…

The famous brand has just introduced the Q Active 400 floor-standing speakers, which are designed to emit a wide range of dynamic sound. A wireless audio system can play music from a variety of sources such as a TV, network streaming, smartphone, laptop or even a turntable. Also, the speakers have been given an elegant design, which simply fits into any ambience.

Q Active 400 floor-standing speakers use a twin BMR (Balance Mode Radiator) unit for wide audio dispersion. They are also equipped with two 4.5-inch subwoofers, one at the top of the unit and one at the bottom. This arrangement reduces unwanted resonance and emits cleaner bass sound, as they say from the famous brand.

Also, the speakers were given eight discrete amplifiers with a total of 4400 W of total output power. Moreover, with Class D amplification, there is no need for a bulky external amplifier or receiver. In addition, the speakers can broadcast multi-room audio using AirPlay2, Roon, Google Chromecast built-in or Amazon Works with Alexa.

Each pair of speakers comes with a compact central Control Hub that is configured for either Google or Amazon services, so you can enjoy the contents of a number of wireless sources. The Control Hub offers HDMI ARC input, optical digital input, analog input and subwoofer for wired sources.

Users can connect speakers to wireless sources using Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay 2, Roon and Spotify Connect. The speaker supports all popular streaming platforms, such as Amazon Music, Apple Music, Deezer, Qobuz, Spotify and Tidal. It can also play the role of a UPnP media player that can play a digital audio library from a computer or NAS drive.

If you want to add these speakers to your audio artillery, know that they cost $ 3,300 and can be purchased through the official website.
