This country now has plans to build a huge skyscraper in Sheikh Zayed City. In addition to the skyscraper, which will be located in the heart of the area, the project titled Zayed Crystal Spark, contain several other urban development projects. When all is done, planned skyscraper will be the tallest building in Egypt, and will overtake the famous Cairo Tower. It will be surrounded by the state, commercial and entertainment areas. To finance this gigantic project, they have created a public / private partnership.
This city will occupy about 80,000 m2 in the heart of the Egyptian capital. However, probably it will not be a true rival fir the pyramids when completed, but it will certainly represent a spectacular sight.
