If you find yourself in the vicinity of the Ritz Carlton hotel in Hong Kong after the first of May, we suggest you to check in the Lounge & Bar on the 102 floor and enjoy the luxurious desserts, the right gourmet feast, which bears the name of Sweet Soiree French Dessert Buffet. These attractive and delicious desserts are creations Gael Műtét, confectioner from this luxury hotel. Műtét, which is known as Monsieur Millefeuill, made himself known by creating this beautiful layered dessert.

On the menu were included treats like citrus cake, pave pistachio and chocolate with hazelnuts, combined with Earl Grey and raspberry pastries. However, the main part of this feast is the delicious and tempting sandwich, which is made of three layers of airiness batter, with creamy filling in taste mango, bourbon, chestnut and chocolate. Otherwise, this dessert is prepared in front of guests, and  Műtét will be there to lead guests on this culinary adventure.
