As announced by the Lounge & Bar in the Ritz Carlton hotel in Hong Kong, they have again collaborated with the fashion designer, in order to create exclusive "His" and "Its" cocktails, which are inspired by men's and women's collections of this brand, for the season fall / Winter 2014. Cocktails that are created during this collaboration are envisioned by a well-known bartender, Lewis Tsang. Innovative and modern, these cocktails will be served throughout September.
"His" cocktail that was designed and created by Lewis Tsang called "Leather Revolution" and is a masculine blend of French herbal liqueur and whiskey that is 18 years old with an aroma of cigars and leather. For the sake of a silky and smooth finish, this cocktail has a touch of Italian vermouth, which adds a bit of bitterness and sweetness.
As for the "Her" cocktails, Tsang decided to go on a combination of vodka and raspberry, and added a dash of fresh lime juice. For such a feminine drink decoration is important as well and it is done with a cloud of cotton candy on top and golden shoe. It is conveniently called "Cotton Berry Cloud".
The third creation of the modern cocktail is intended for those who enjoy soft drinks and is called "Virgintini Berry Cloud".
