Panorama and the coast of Dubai will soon become richer for another luxury residential complex...
Bulgari Hotels & Resorts signed a contract with a company from Dubai, Meraas Holding, engaged in real estate development. At the Jumeirah Bay Island, Bulgari Hotel & Residences complex with 165 apartments, penthouses, eight, fifteen villas and five-star hotel will be found, very, very soon.
It is planned to open the complex in 2017, and it will be the fifth in a series of residences by Bulgari brand. It will occupy an area of over 170,000 m2, and will be a place that will become a favorite of the right rich elite. The hotel will have 101 Bulgari-branded suits, in addition to 20 residential villas, led by Mariott Ritz Carlton. Flats, which will occupy six towers, will have from one to four bedrooms, while the villas will have three to six bedrooms.
This project includes a marina with 50 places, as well as Bulgari yacht club. Designed by the Italian firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, it will be in the form of a huge horseshoe.
The target group to which the project is directed is wealthy people from Dubai. Bulgari residences already have raised interest from the Gulf, Europe, China and India, and many are interested in investing in this project, which is the work of the famous Italian luxury jewelry brand.
