MODERN BRAZILIAN RESIDENCE

This modern Brazilian residence located in Alphaville, Sao Paulo, exhibits an interesting design approach.

Considering her enormous admiration for Ludwig Mies van der Rohe – German architect who helped define modern architecture - architect Anna Novaes, of the Conseil Brazil office, developed this  230 square-meter-residence with concepts of architecture created by the famous professional. Anna Novaes opted to integrate all social environments (dining room, breakfast room, TV room, gourmet and living zones) in a single open space.

Glass partitions in the form of sliding doors were employed to divide spaces. This results in an abundance of natural light in every room. The kitchen is separated from other areas by a panel developed by Anna Novaes. Neutral colors create an elegant atmosphere in all rooms, without showcasing extravagance. See any details you like?
