This luxury duplex apartment is in under construction process in Ocean Bal Harbor. It is located on the top two floors of the tower with 28 levels, and upon completion will have five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a sauna, exercise room, two study rooms and a massage room. It will have an area of 2,000 m2, with approximately 900 m2 interior. As for the exterior, there will be located swimming pool, Jacuzzi and entertainment area overlooking the ocean.
The building, which is entirely made of glass, is currently in the early stages of construction and will be finished next year. The founder of Consultatio company, which is responsible for this project, Eduardo Costantini, hopes that the future owners of the apartment will cherish the Koons sculptures and that they will not sell them.
