This project, which is worth 35 million dollars, transformed a building that has not been inhabited in the luxury and stylish boutique hotel. The estate that will soon be officially presented offers the ultimate level of privacy and personalized service, comfort and relaxation in their 25 spacious rooms with luxurious amenities. There are also rooms for business meetings and organizing events.
Two additional levels are carefully incorporated with the aim of creating a meeting space, catering kitchen and a rooftop terrace with swimming pool, where the lush garden falls down the side of a building as a cascade.

A part of this luxurious project is also a large fitness center, a rooftop bar and a sunbathing by the pool, Dolce Italian restaurant and cafe, Regent cocktail club and nightclub Rec Room.
