As a key that opens a world of incredible experiences, Atelier Dom Perignon is designed to reveal some exciting mysteries. Dom Perignon vintage champagne produced by champagne house Moet & Chandon, and with the announcement of its new editions they thrilled with many of their fans. This champagne is designed especially for wine-lovers, and gives them the possibility of discovering its unique origin, or alliance incredible skills and centuries of recovered knowledge. Champagne lovers will have the opportunity to engage in adventure of exploring the heart of this house champagne and reveal all of their best kept secrets. Since June this year, the research sessions will be held at the Abbey of Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers, offering a view of the Marne valley. It is otherwise the same destination, where in the 17th century monk Dom Pierre Perignon discovered and perfected the techniques of production of one of the best wines in the world.

All adventurers and wine lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy three taste Dom Perignon Dom Perignon 2004 or 2005, Dom Perignon Q2 1998 and Q3 1990 Dom Perignon and Dom Perignon Rose 2003. All this will be part of a one-day workshop, which will be an experience to enjoy. During this session, participants will receive instructions for the right technical tasting of wine, so that they enjoy the scent and taste in the right way. Also, participants will receive a small training to perfect wine pairings with food. Digital and sensory experience in Blackbox is also part of this adventure, as well as tours of the vineyard and the Abbaye d'Hautvillers.
