Would you try a cognac that sells for $5,000 a glass?

The beginning of the New Year, a time for toasting, and what's better than a glass of LOUIS XIII RARE CASK 42.1 offered at the Baccarat Hotel in New York?

This is an ultra-expensive toast, as 30 milliliters of cognac are available at the astonishing price of $5,000 and 15 milliliters at $2,500. This experience is further enriched by the availability of 775 limited, numbered black crystal decanters from Baccarat. The Baccarat Hotel, known for its French elegance and luxury, is, at the time of writing this article, the only place in New York where this exceptional cognac can be purchased by the glass.

For those who wish to indulge further, the cognac is also available commercially. The stunning decanters, made of sparkling black Baccarat crystal, are a true work of art. Each of them displays a magnificent black finish, created to perfection by 20 master craftsmen. The neck of the decanter is characterized by a finish of gold and rhodium, while the four-leaf patterns pay homage to the French Fleur-de-lys.
