Ana Basoc creates a world full of colors, nuanced contrasts, flowers and blossoms, pop inspirations, gardens of Eden, and travel suggestions, while "always trying to look at things from unusual angles, discovering new keys to interpret reality"...
With the graphics she created for SpaghettiWall, Ana paints a tender universe with romantic and desaturated features, often composed of pastel shades that wrap walls with elegance and make them delicate backdrops for homes, reception areas, or retail spaces.
Her recent collection, 'Wonderlust', repeats that unique stylistic code with which the graphic designer has already signed numerous motifs for the wallpaper brand, starting her collaboration from the very debut of SpaghettiWall in 2019. Examples include 'Herbal', 'Fragrance', 'Mirror Flower, Water Moon', 'Meadow', or 'Flower Serenade', with their feminine poetics, the stylized representation of flowering fields in spring, or the drawing of macro-scale blossoms unfolding. These graphics, available in various color variants and can be printed in very high resolution on different media, thus define her debut collection, which with the Wonderlust line, evolves with greater intensity. Within it, the 'Eden' theme is most representative, with its depiction of an idyllic garden where nature creates an atmosphere of peace and serenity: based on a refined concept of symmetry, the image is sized based on the application wall.
'Flower Thief' is a dreamy kaleidoscope, 'Bloom vibration' takes up the flowering theme but reproduces it on a base with a fabric-like texture, 'Pop Sunset' and 'Palm Spring' finally reinterpret urban landscapes and environments through the lens of desaturated color filters.
Between elegant two-dimensional traces, photographic shots transformed into artistic suggestions, and botanical tributes, Ana Basoc brings a light sensitivity to the world of wallpapers and enriches the SpaghettiWall catalog with a selection of ecstatic motifs, customizable in hues upon request.
