The Costa Blanca Penthouse is a minimalist residence located in Spain, created by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos…
The project focuses on elegant materials, and in particular marble, which has been used throughout the floor, staircase and various structural elements. The main level of this penthouse has been reconfigured into one room, looking for continuity between the kitchen, living room and terrace. The upper level contains private spaces, including the master bedroom that opens out to the sea, with the help of a terrace.
The spaces are demarcated by the use of different elements, together with a staircase that plays the role of a sculptural partition. Black stone was used in the bathroom as a perfect contrast to the otherwise white master bedroom. The kitchen uses a Bulthaup B2 model with a freestanding stove, which reminds us more of the workstation than of the kitchen worktop.
