The Istanbul-based Armadi Art is famous for its over-the-top wall-mounted bathroom vanities (a crystal version tops out at $50,000). The firm’s newest vanity collection is Aqua, which comes in a wide variety of materials -glass, wood, and leather (embossed to resemble crocodile skin) and can be customized to any size. Clients can also choose rounded corners or right angles, along with any color combination from a veritable rainbow of hues, and within a subsection of the collection called Picturesque, they can select photographic imagery (fall leaves, grass, bamboo stalks) or a painterly digital image for the cabinet doors. Prices range from $3,000 to $10,000 on stock items, and custom pieces go much higher.
