Luxury apartments in former Titanic headquarters

Although in some news we hear that the real estate market in London is experiencing a fall, a development project is about to fight against it...

Daring company, Oceanic Developments, has presented its mega project that will redesign the historic headquarters of the Titanic and turn it into a set of luxurious and sophisticated apartments. This development plan will give us the seven top housing units, including four-bedroom penthouse, which is designed to have a view of the famous Trafalgar Square.

Each apartment will have marble bathrooms, luxurious chandeliers, oak parquet floors, arched ceilings, Poggenpohl kitchen and works of art. Although there will be a lot of changes in the overall decoration, entrance to the building and the former ticket office will remain intact.

Two bedroom home in a luxurious housing scheme will cost $ 25 million, and it will also be one of the cheapest on offer, while the more luxurious options will have price as high as 100 million dollars. Besides the fact that this project will be built at the headquarters of the Titanic, customers will also be able to enjoy many benefits, including the round-clock concierge service.

Otherwise, the very building in which the project was located is home to Barclays Bank, the Ministry of Defense and the Embassy of Texas, the restaurant and promotional center. After the unfortunate saga of the Titanic, the legacy of this boat is sold at very high prices. Consequently, the flats built in this area are certainly a hit.
