The brand new 1,300 square meters apartment is at the top of the Tiffany & Co boutique…
Want a breakfast at Tiffany's? Well, with this brand new $ 17.5 million penthouse located in Palm Beach, all you have to do is go to your kitchen. The new, ultra-luxury apartment, measuring approximately 1,300 square meters, is located directly above the Tiffany & Co Jewellery Store.
In October 2018, New York entrepreneur John C. Kean, of the Kean Development Company, paid $ 20 million to buy the iconic Tiffany building, at the corner of Worth and Hibiscus avenues. With the legendary jewellery brand on the ground floor, Kean, with the help of local architect Keith Spina, began the process of converting the entire second floor into a magnificent five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath penthouse.
The glory of this penthouse is a pergola with floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious lodge, sports bar, billiards area and a perfectly equipped bathroom. On the landscaped lawns there is an outdoor spa, with an infinity pool and waterfall, a dining area, a campfire site and sun loungers.
Golf lovers can practice their game on the perfectly grassy roof. Still, don't try to take any long strokes, as you can break the window of a nearby Jimmy Choo boutique.
The entrance to this apartment is accessible through a private lobby, which leads you to a custom-made corridor, where you will be greeted by an elevator that leads you to the apartment. This contemporary, stylish space with high ceilings, white tiles and a sumptuous master suite, it also features three fireplaces, a help desk, a gym and four additional bedrooms.
