The house where the building was reconstructed and redesign was built 20 years ago. Due to changes in the lifestyle of the owner, the necessity of technology and overall modernization, a change in the appearance and design of the villa had to happen. The result of this process represents a modern living space with automated control of heating, ventilation, water, sewage and other elements. The villa is located in Ukraine, and now has an insulated facade and roof.
A complete redesign received stairs, ceilings, roofing systems, windows and doors. Volume of the house has increased, and in this way, the center of attention shifted to its functional units. During the redesign phase, all the requirements of the client were taken into account, and in particular the fact that they like France. Consequently, the interior got the style of this romantic country, with the help of owners’ memories which are a part of life spent right there. Now their living space is embroidered with atmosphere that at the same time provides comfort and is visually satisfying.
New doors in the villa are now sliding and glazed, so its appearance does not interfere with its glamorous look. Contrasting colors in different functional areas have their meaning and function, but also emphasize the zoning. The form details and accents, different colors are repeated in different rooms. Stylish pieces of furniture, drapes and luxury materials, dance interlaced in this space, thus creating an environment that is more than pleasant and desirable.
With the new design, this house has been given a new facade, as well as connections with the surrounding landscape and garden, which was one of the demands of the owner. After living in the average home, in their new home glamor and luxury are the main characteristics and the appearance of the interior of the mansion, takes us back to a glamorous past when every detail had its place and meaning.
