Abel Tesfaye bought the apartment in 2019 for 21 million dollars. It was said to be one of the largest residential areas in the Los Angeles area at the time. As for his posh apartment in the Beverly West building, it stretches across the entire floor and offers views from the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Monica Mountains, to downtown Los Angeles. The 800-square-meter penthouse has four bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The apartment has an elegant kitchen, open living room, dining room and entertainment bar. Luxurious primary suite features a glass bathroom, private gym and balcony. The boutique building in which the penthouse is located has just 35 apartments offers 24/7 concierge services, a saltwater pool and gym, among other amenities.
