Would you like to live in David Bowie's eclectic home?

Would you like to stay in the home of the legendary David Bowie?

Well, that is exactly the chance given to you by his long-term apartment in Manhattan, which comes with a price of 16.8 million dollars. Located near Washington Square Park in Soho, the 5000-square-foot apartment was originally built in 1886 as part of the Hawley & Hoops Chocolate Factory, to later become part of a 30-unit condominium during the 1990s.

The apartment consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with three open terraces, direct access to the elevator, high ceilings, library, bathroom and a superb, open kitchen. The luxurious home is decorated with taste, as we expected, and contains a mixture of modern and rustic decoration.

In addition to numerous amenities, the master bedroom of this home, which measures over 100 square meters, contains its own private fireplace, dressing room, oversized bathroom and private terrace. As we find out, Bowie bought this home at a price of 3.81 million dollars in 1999.
