Newly appointed artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière continued where his fall outing left off for Louis Vuitton’s Cruise 2015 runway show presented in Monaco.
Forward looking A-line silhouettes paired with shades of seventies inspired color palettes dominate the new collection. While autumn focused on more streamlined looks, cruise seemed to have more freedom and variation with everything from mismatched prints on tailored pantsuits to ruffled finishes on leather coats. The Vuitton woman accessorizes with a chunky heeled sandal, envelope shaped bags decorated with a distorted LV logo and chain-like straps.
